Although never driven in the event, it is powered by the more powerful Mercury flat head V8 with a displacement of 255CID.
The engine is fresh with a recent rebuild, topped off with 3 Stromberg carburetors.
With less than 225 miles on this mill, it drives its power through a 3 speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch to the red powder coated wheels.
Along with the super clean underside, this car has modern front disc brakes, all updated wiring and additional gauges to monitor it all.
