Data entry duties for Labor Management (LM) and Warehouse Management (WM) systems and or other as required by management.
Weekend shift position, Fri.-Sun.,6:00a.m.-6:00p.m.
The ability to use and navigate Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, LM and WM systems.
Generate reports through various systems for multiple audiences, including Executive team.
Maintain scheduled LM reports; as well as distribution audience lists.
Review daily LM associate performance; analyze and root cause performance anomalies and make adjustments accordingly per engineering set guidelines.
Work alongside HR for new associate setup and maintenance.
Track and maintain trend performance reporting tools.
Manage E-time reporting, monitoring, and communication.
Create badges for new associates through communication with HR and temp agencies.
Support planning process through data entry.
Compile SOP compliance scorecards and communicate results to leadership team.
Create, submit and track engineering and facility requisitions and Purchase Orders.
Contribute to SOP and safety audits as needed
Must be able to maintain minimum performance standards while performing required job functions.
Must have the ability to perform the job with the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Occasional assistance to industrial engineering and maintenance technicians as required.
Other tasks as assigned.
Experience and Skills
Basic working knowledge of computers, RF Scanners and Warehouse Management systems.
Proven team member with skills to multi-task.
Proficient reading skills.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically proficient with Excel and Word.
The ability to use basic computer functions as needed.
Must have the ability to abide by all of Carters policies and procedures; specifically the attendance policy.
Must have the ability to work safely and abide by all of Carters Safety rules and procedures.
Must know, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
The ability to be certified on lift equipment should this be required.
High school diploma or a GED required. Associates degree preferred.
Six months automated distribution center experience preferred.
Must be available to work in a multi-channel, multi-shift distribution environment, flexible to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs.
Must be able to stand and work for long periods including daily overtime, holidays and overtime as required.
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Must be able to repetitively lift cases weighing up to forty pounds.
Must be able to work in varying to extreme temperatures.
Holiday schedule to be decided by Management.
Must be available to work consecutive days in a row (for example 14+ days).
Comply with Blackout Periods (no vacation or personal time allowed) as determined by Management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
