oResponsibilities and Duties:
Your day to day responsibilities include assisting the surgeon during consultation and surgery appointments.
You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth.

_ The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency.
You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole.
We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:
o Salary is commensurate with experience.
Ability to positively impact patients, referrals, teammates and the practice as a whole Registered Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of experience Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience is a plus Proven track record of growth Experienced with customer service techniques Superior communication skills o
