Description CULVER'S JOB DESCRIPTIONTRAINING COORDINATOR Reports to General Manager, 1st and 2nd Assistant Managers ________________________________________________________________JOB SUMMARY Develops and maintains an effective in-store training team.
Coordinates training of new and current team members in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Develops in-store trainers to provide personalized, exceptional guest service to ensure the mission is attained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1Develops in-store trainers to train team concerning hospitality and guest comments to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy.
2Works with general manager to select qualified in-store trainers, 3Maintains an effective minimum training team of two in-store trainers per restaurant at all times.
4Effectively trains and certifies in-store trainers.
5Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.
6Accurately orders and maintains inventory of uniforms for new and existing team members.
7Consistently maintains information in training files throughout the training and cross-training process according to system procedures.
8Accurately completes new hire and training files for each new team member.
9Schedules and completes thorough new team member orientations.

Ensures all new team members complete the necessary paperwork accurately following legal guidelines and restaurant requirements.

Works with scheduling manager weekly to establish effective training and cross-training schedule with in-store trainer while maintaining the restaurant's training budget.
12.
Transfers the training schedule to the Weekly Training Deployment Chart correctly, assigning an in-store trainer to each trainee and posting it on the team bulletin board, according to Culver's procedures.
13.
Schedules time for trainees' feedback and tests timely, as specified in the In-store Trainer Workbook.
14.
Trains and ensures in-store trainers follow proper food safety practices consistently, according to the Operations Training Manual, ServSafe Course book and the Safe Food Education Program.
15.
Trains in-store trainers to accurately complete the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist and Product Rotation Reports.
16.
Conducts brief, effective follow-up with all in-store trainers to discuss trainee's progress, ensure completion of training guides, review training log book and ensure successful training according to procedures in the Operations Training Manual.
17.
Conducts bi-monthly meetings with in-store trainers effectively, to review trainees' progress and relay information on new product rollouts and procedural updates.
Develops a plan to effectively train the team.
Establishes and maintains the Team Achievement Chart accurately.
18.
Maintains updated training materials in the restaurant, including but not limited to, wall charts, training booklets, station training guides and manual updates.
19.
Completes six-month performance evaluations for all in-store trainers.
20.
Consistently demonstrates positive and effective role modeling through appearance and attitude.
21.
Demonstrates and encourages in-store trainers to consistently maintain a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance according to the Operations Training Manual, Appearance and the team member handbook.
22.
Follows restaurant policies consistently.
23.
Attends weekly manager meetings and team member meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork and cooperation.
Clear understanding of all operational procedures and sanitation skills.
Certified in all areas of the In-Store Trainer Workbook.
Certified from a national food safety program.
Employed at Culver's six months.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
